Functional Consultant/Business Analyst

We are looking for Functional Consultant/Business Analysts to join our team responsible for ERP implementation projects. 

You will be responsible for implementation projects and for helping our clients with their use of Odoo business apps. 

You will be the single point of contact for the client by providing functional and industry knowledge. You will be supported by and provide co-ordination for resources from our development and consulting teams.

You will manage each assigned client project from beginning to end. 

You are expected to maintain a home office and work onsite at customer locations throughout Trinidad & Tobago.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyse customer requirements

• Provide customers with the best solutions to their problem

• Implement Odoo based on requirements gathered

• Provide customers with functional assistance as well as training

• Respond to support tickets and provide solutions

• Travel to clients' offices to attend meetings and provide training

MUST HAVE

• Master degree (Business, economics or IT)

• Good knowledge of business processes AND/OR Accounting

• Excellent analysis, planning and communication skills

• Technical skills in SQL, XML, JS & Python

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with other ERPs e.g. MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Sage, QB Enterprise, etc.

• Experience with other CRMs e.g. Salesforce MS Dynamics, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.

• Experience with eCommerce systems e.g. Magento, WooCommerce, OpenCart, etc.
