We are looking for a dedicated AI Application Developer to play a key role in developing our multi-tenant SaaS platform. The focus will be on the development and integration of AI Chatbots (Assistants and Agents) and AI Insights, enhancing functionalities such as user experience, automation and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI models, including machine learning and neural networks.
- Conduct effective data preparation, management, and model training and evaluation.
- Integrate AI models into the platform, focusing on enhancing user experience.
- Address ethical and privacy considerations in AI development.
- Work collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability.
- Stay updated on AI trends and contribute innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in AI, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Experience in AI model development, with expertise in machine learning and deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python and/or other programming languages
- Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
- Understanding of data preparation, model evaluation metrics, and AI development services.
- Knowledge of user-centric design principles in AI application development.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with latest Generative AI models such as OpenAI GPT 3 & 4, LaMDA, Huggin Face BLOOM and others.
- Experience in building Chatbots, Assistants or Agents.
- Background in application development, particularly with ERP/CRM integration.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.
- Awareness of ethical and privacy issues in AI, with a commitment to responsible AI practices.
