Objectives of this role
- Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models.
- Collaborate with data scientists to transform prototypes into production-ready systems.
- Manage and automate the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines specifically tailored for ML workflows.
- Monitor the performance of deployed models in real-time, handle model drift, and implement retraining strategies.
- Ensure reproducibility, traceability, and versioning for ML models and datasets.
- Optimize ML infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in machine learning and MLOps
Requirements
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with data processing tools and libraries (eg, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Knowledge of ML model versioning and management tools like MLflow or DVC
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their ML deployment services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Required skills and qualifications.
- Previous experience in a machine learning or data science role
- Knowledge of advanced monitoring and logging tools tailored for ML models.
- Certification or training in MLOps, machine learning, or related fields
- Background in software development or software engineering
- Familiarity with CRM & ERP systems and their data structures
- Strong understanding of the latest machine learning trends and techniques
